State, 732 So. 2d 408 (Fla. 3d DCA 1999); Cushion v. State, 637 So. 2d 2 (Fla. 3d DCA 1994). Bertran need not be present. v. State, 855 So. 2d 1180 (Fla. 1st DCA 2003). Remanded. See Baldwin
