In this action for retaliatory discharge under section 440.205, Florida Statutes (2001), the trial court entered summary judgment on the ground that the plaintiff made neither a valid claim for compensation or attempt to claim compensation under the Workers Compensation Law so as to invoke the protection of the statute. ยง 440.205, Fla. Stat. (2001). We agree and affirm.
