Evelio Rodriguez-Grave appeals an order dismissing his rule 3.850 motion to withdraw plea and vacate judgment and sentence. That motion, filed October 2000, claims only that Rodriguez-Grave had not been informed at the time that he pled guilty in 1981 to robbery and second-degree murder that he might be subject to deportation as a consequence of this plea. We affirm. In State v. Richardson, 785 So. 2d 585, 588 (Fla. 3d DCA 2001), we concluded that for pre-1989 cases the Florida Supreme Court has allowed a plea to be attacked only if the defendant received positive misadvice consequences of the plea. is, therefore, affirmed.
