Marvin Ameal Harriott appeals from his judgment of conviction and sentence, arguing that the trial court erroneously denied his for-cause challenge of a prospective juror. for a new trial. We agree, and reverse and remand See Hamilton v. State, 547 So. 2d 630 (Fla. 1989); Brown v. State, 728 So. 2d 758, 759 (Fla. 3d DCA 1999). Reversed and remanded for a new trial.
