We have considered the issues raised by appellant concerning the trial court s denial of his motions to suppress, and find no error. Accordingly, we affirm the conviction. We remand, however, to correct a scrivener s error in appellant s life sentence. The trial court indicated that the sentence included a twentyfive year minimum mandatory pursuant to F.S. ยง 775.082(1). On remand, this provision must be corrected. Affirmed; Remanded.
