We find the notice of appeal filed in this case on January 15, 2009, directed to the trial court s order of December 16, 2008, denying appellant s renewed motion for rehearing was timely, and was in essence directed to the final judgment entered October 20, 2008. On the merits, we find no error in the trial court s rulings, and affirm. Affirmed.
