DISTRICT COURT OF APPEAL OF THE STATE OF FLORIDA FOURTH DISTRICT July Term 2007 SCOTT L. MANLEY, Appellant, v. STATE OF FLORIDA, Appellee. No. 4D07-2839 [October 10, 2007] PER CURIAM. We affirm the summary denial of appellant s rule 3.850 motion. We conclude that none of the grounds, including those raised in his amended motion, warrant an evidentiary hearing. We reject his argument that the trial court, when it denied his motion for rehearing, failed to consider his amended motion. Affirmed.
