STATE OF FLORIDA, Appellee. _____________________________ On appeal from the Circuit Court for Duval County. R. Anthony Salem, Judge. November 9, 2022 PER CURIAM. AFFIRMED. This case was pending in this Court at the same time as Hughes v. State, 346 So. 3d 221 (Fla. 1st DCA 2022).
