FIRST DISTRICT COURT OF APPEAL STATE OF FLORIDA _____________________________ No. 1D21-2925 _____________________________ TERRANCE ANDREW MILLER, Appellant, v. STATE OF FLORIDA, Appellee. _____________________________ On appeal from the Circuit Court for Alachua County. James M. Colaw, Judge. August 17, 2022 PER CURIAM. This is an Anders * appeal. We have identified no arguable issue on the face of the record. Appellant’s probation was violated based on witness testimony which contradicted Appellant’s testimony. The trial court found the witness testimony more credible than Appellant’s testimony. We do not reweigh or secondguess the trial court’s findings as to the credibility of witnesses. Brown v. State, 959 So. 2d 146, 149 (Fla. 2007). Appellant’s convictions and sentences are legal on their face. AFFIRMED. * Anders v. California, 386 U.S. 738 (1967). RAY, NORDBY, and LONG, JJ., concur. _____________________________ Not final until disposition of any timely and authorized motion under Fla. R. App. P. 9.330 or 9.331. _____________________________ Jessica J. Yeary, Public Defender, and Lori A. Willner, Assistant Public Defender, Tallahassee, for Appellant. Ashley Moody, Attorney General, Tallahassee, for Appellee. 2
