IN THE DISTRICT COURT OF APPEAL FIRST DISTRICT, STATE OF FLORIDA ERIC R. HURST, Petitioner, v. NOT FINAL UNTIL TIME EXPIRES TO FILE MOTION FOR REHEARING AND DISPOSITION THEREOF IF FILED CASE NO. 1D13-5636 REEMPLOYMENT ASSISTANCE APPEALS COMMISSION and DEPARTMENT OF BUSINESS AND PROFESSIONAL REGULATION, Respondents. ___________________________/ Opinion filed December 26, 2013. Petition for Writ of Certiorari -- Original Jurisdiction. Eric R. Hurst, pro se, Petitioner. Cristina A. Velez, for Respondent Reemployment Assistance Appeals Commission, Tallahassee. Garnett W. Chisenhall, for Respondent Department of Business and Professional Regulation, Tallahassee. PER CURIAM. Eric R. Hurst seeks certiorari review of a non-final order of the Reemployment Assistance Appeals Commission. We treat the petition as one seeking review of a non- final administrative order pursuant to Section 120.68(1), Florida Statutes (2013), but because petitioner has failed to demonstrate that review of the final agency action of the Commission would not provide an adequate remedy, we DENY the petition without reaching the merits. LEWIS, C.J., BENTON and SWANSON, JJ., CONCUR. 2
