IN THE DISTRICT COURT OF APPEAL FIRST DISTRICT, STATE OF FLORIDA STACEY STILES, Appellant, v. NOT FINAL UNTIL TIME EXPIRES TO FILE MOTION FOR REHEARING AND DISPOSITION THEREOF IF FILED CASE NO. 1D12-5569 REEMPLOYMENT ASSISTANCE APPEALS COMMISSION and ROSEMONT MANAGEMENT, LLC, Appellees. ___________________________/ Opinion filed September 3, 2013. An appeal from an order of the Reemployment Assistance Appeals Commission. Alan Orantes Forst, Chairman. Stacy Stiles, pro se, Appellant. Norman A. Blessing, General Counsel; Louis A. Gutierrez and Amanda Neff, Senior Attorneys, Reemployment Assistance Appeals Commission, for Appellees. PER CURIAM. Stacey E. Stiles invoked this court s jurisdiction to review an adverse order of the Reemployment Assistance Appeals Commission concerning her entitlement to benefits. On motion of the Commission, jurisdiction was relinquished to conduct further proceedings and the appeals referee issued a new decision finding that appellant is qualified for the receipt of benefits. That decision has now become final by operation of law and supersedes the order for which appellant initially sought relief. Accordingly, because appellant has now been determined to be eligible for the benefits she sought, the appeal is dismissed as moot. VAN NORTWICK, SWANSON, and OSTERHAUS, JJ., CONCUR. 2
