Appellant s conviction and sentence as to Count 7 are therefore REVERSED, and this cause is REMANDED for a new trial as to Count 7. Appellant s convictions and sentences on all other counts are otherwise affirmed. CLARK, ROWE, and SWANSON, JJ., CONCUR.
