CASE NO. 1D10-5380 FEDERAL NATIONAL MORTGAGE ASSOCIATION, Appellees. _______________________________/ Opinion filed May 4, 2011. An appeal from the Circuit Court for Duval County. Aaron K. Bowden, Judge. Adam Deli of the Law Office of Adam Deli, LLC, Jacksonville, for Appellant. William David Newman, Jr., of the Law Offices of Marshall C. Watson, P.A., Fort Lauderdale, for Federal National Mortgage Association. PER CURIAM. Appellant Luis Villanueva, defendant below, appeals final summary judgment entered for the plaintiff in an action to foreclose a mortgage. Appellant contends that there are disputed issues of material fact regarding the standing of the original plaintiff to bring suit.
