Order and as it appears that the appellant was released from incarceration, this Court
dismisses the instant appeal as moot. See Moore v. State, 764 So. 2d 676 (Fla. 1st
DCA 2000); Lee v. State, 230 So. 2d 478 (Fla. 4th DCA 1970).
DISMISSED.
