IN THE DISTRICT COURT OF APPEAL FIRST DISTRICT, STATE OF FLORIDA LONNIE J. STEPHENS, Petitioner, v. NOT FINAL UNTIL TIME EXPIRES TO FILE REHEARING MOTION AND DISPOSITION THEREOF IF FILED. CASE NO. 1D03-2876 STATE OF FLORIDA, Respondent. Opinion filed December 18, 2003. Petition for Writ of Mandamus -- Original Jurisdiction. Lonnie J. Stephens, pro se, petitioner. Charlie Crist, Attorney General, and Philip W. Edwards, Assistant Attorney General, Tallahassee, for respondent. PER CURIAM. Lonnie Stephens seeks a writ of mandamus to compel the trial court to terminate his probation because he has fulfilled his restitution obligation. We deny the petition without prejudice to Stephens filing a motion to terminate his probation in the trial court upon the completion of the incarcerative portion of his sentence and the commencement of his probation. BARFIELD, ALLEN and DAVIS, JJ., concur. 2
