Accordingly, we grant the petition for writ of certiorari, quash the circuit court s order denying Adams petition for writ of habeas corpus, and remand to the circuit court for reconsideration in light of Tedder v. Florida Parole Commission, 842 So. 2d 1022 (Fla. 1st DCA 2003). reconsideration of Adams petition. We direct the circuit court to expedite its WEBSTER, LEWIS and HAWKES, JJ., concur. 2
