IN THE DISTRICT COURT OF APPEAL OF THE STATE OF FLORIDA FIFTH DISTRICT MICHAEL G. LILJA, Petitioner, v. Case No. 5D19-3380 STATE OF FLORIDA, Respondent. ________________________________/ Opinion filed February 21, 2020 Petition for Certiorari Review of Order from the Circuit Court for Brevard County, Lisa Davidson, Judge. Michael G. Lilja, Bowling Green, pro se. Ashley Moody, Attorney General, Tallahassee, and Robin A. Compton, Assistant Attorney General, Daytona Beach, for Respondent. PER CURIAM. See § 944.279(1), Fla. Stat. (2019); State v. Spencer, 751 So. 2d 47, 48 (Fla. 1999). COHEN, EDWARDS and SASSO, JJ., concur. 2
