We agree with the reasoning of Llano Financing Group, LLC v. Petit, 42 Fla. L. Weekly D2071 (Fla. 1st DCA Sept. 27, 2017). AFFIRMED. TORPY, EDWARDS, and EISNAUGLE, JJ., concur.
