Misc. 18-03 ___________________________) JUDICIAL WATCH, INC.'S MOTION TO DISMISS Judicial Watch, Inc., by counsel and pursuant to Rule 6(d) of the Rules of Procedure for the Foreign Intelligence Surveillance Court, respectfully requests the Court dismiss this case. As grounds therefor, Plaintiff states as follows : 1. Judicial Watch filed this action on or about July 25, 2018, requesting this Court make public all transcripts of hearings regarding applications for or renewal ofFISA warrants related to Carter Page. 2. Since that time, media reports and publicly available records from In Re Accuracy Concerns Regarding FBI Matters Submitted to the Fisc, Docket No. Misc. 19-02 appear to show that the requested transcripts do not exist. 3. In light of this information and the passage of time without any proceedings in this case, Judicial Watch respectfully requests the Court dismiss this case.
