UNITED STATES FOREIGN INTELLIGENCE SURVEILLANCE COURT WASHINGTON, D.C. IN RE MOTION TO DISCLOSE AGGREGATE DATA REGARDING FISA ORDERS ) ) ) Docket No. Misc. 13-04 ORDER This matter is before the Court on a Motion for Declaratory Judgment or Other Appropriate Relief Authorizing Disclosure of Aggregate Data Regarding FISA Orders, which was submitted on June 19, 2013. Any response by the U.S. Department of Justice to the motion must be submitted no later than 5:00 p.m. on July 9, 2013. If the government responds, the Movant may file a reply brief no later than 5:00 p.m. on July 16, 2013, through the Security and Emergency Planning Staff, U.S. Department of Justice. Unless the government advises in a written submission made no later than 5:00 p.m. on June 25, 2013, that, in its assessment, the Motion contains classified information, information that is potentially classified and currently subject to a classification review, or information that is or should be sealed, the Court intends to post copies of the Motion and this Order to a publicly accessible Uniform Resource Locator. If the government advises that potentially classified information is currently subject to a classification review, the government shall state when it expects that review to be concluded.
