Apple represents that Movants have consented to its filing, and that the Government has also consented on the condition that it have the opportunity to file a reply brief on or before November 26, 2013. Accordingly, it is hereby ORDERED that Apple's motion for leave to file an amicus curiae brief is granted, and that the Government may file a reply brief on or before 5 p.m. on November 26, 2013.
