Accordingly, it is hereby ORDERED that the joint motion is GRANTED and the briefing schedule in this matter is revised as follows: the Government's response to Microsoft Corporation and Google Inc.'s amended motions for declaratory relief shall be submitted no later than 5:00 p.m. on September 30, 2013. Microsoft Corporation and Google Inc. may file reply briefs no later than 5:00 p.m. on October 21, 2013, through the Security and Emergency Planning Staff, U.S. Department of Justice.
