Accordingly, it is hereby ORDERED that this Court's order dated June 20, 2013, is amended to provide as follows: Any response by the Government to Google, Inc.'s Motion for Declaratory Judgment of a First Amendment Right to Publish Aggregate Information About FISA Orders must be submitted no later than 5:00 p.m. on July 23, 2013. If the government responds, Google, Inc., may file a reply brief no later than 5:00 p.m. on July 30, 2013, through the Security and Emergency Planning Staff, U.S. Department of Justice.
