UNITED STATES FOREIGN INTELLIGENCE SURVEILLANCE COURT WASHINGTON, D.C. ) ) ) ) ) IN RE MOTION FOR DECLARATORY JUDGMENT OF A FIRST AMENDMENT RIGHT TO PUBLISH AGGREGATE INFORMATION ABOUT FISA ORDERS Docket No. Misc. 13-03 ORDER The Court has reviewed the Government's Consent Motion for Extension of Time to Respond to Google, Inc.'s Motion and notes that the Government represents therein that Google, Inc., through counsel, "consents to the relief sought in this motion." Accordingly, it is hereby ORDERED that this Court's order dated June 20, 2013, is amended to provide as follows: Any response by the Government to Google, Inc.'s Motion for Declaratory Judgment of a First Amendment Right to Publish Aggregate Information About FISA Orders must be submitted no later than 5:00 p.m. on July 23, 2013. If the government responds, Google, Inc., may file a reply brief no later than 5:00 p.m. on July 30, 2013, through the Security and Emergency Planning Staff, U.S. Department of Justice.
