Inc., Los Angeles Times, The McClatchey Company, National Public Radio, Inc., The New York Times Company, The New Yorker, The Newsweek/Daily Beast Company LLC, Reuters America LLC, Tribune Company, and The Washington Post for Leave to File Brief as Amici Curiae in Support of the Motion for the Release of Court Records and the Motions for Declaratory Judgment, filed on July 15, 2013, in Docket Numbers Misc. 13-02, Misc. 13-03, and Misc. 13-04. The parties have consented to the filing of the briefs accompanying these motions. Accordingly, the motions are granted. Counsel for amici The Reporters Committee for Freedom of the Press and the U.S. Representatives are directed to submit the federal bar information required by FISC Rules 7(h)(l) and 63 no later than August 9, 2013. See FISC Rule 63 (a nongovernment attorney appearing before the FISC "must be a licensed attorney and a member, in good standing, of a bar of a United States district court or circuit court").
