IN RE ORDERS ISSUED BY THIS COURT INTERPRETING SECTION 215 OF THE PATRIOT ACT ) ) ) ) Docket No.: Misc. 13-02 ORDER This matter is before the Court on the Motion of the American Civil Liberties Union, the American Civil Liberties Union of the Nation's Capital, and the Media Freedom and Information Access Clinic ("Movants") for the Release of Court Records, which was submitted on June 12, 2013. Any response by the United States Department of Justice ("DOJ") to the motion shall be submitted no later than 5:00 p.m. on July 5, 2013. Any reply by the Movants to DOJ's response shall be submitted no later than 5:00 p.m. on July 12, 2013. 1 In addition, counsel for the Movants are directed to provide the additional information required under rules 7(h)(l) (bar membership information) and 7(i) (security clearance information) of the United States Foreign Intelligence Surveillance Court's Rules of Procedure ("FISC Rules").
