UNITED STATES FOREIGN INTELLIGENCE SURVEILLANCE COURT WASHINGTON, D.C. IN RE APPLICATION OF THE FEDERAL BUREAU OF INVESTIGATION FOR AN Docket Number: BR 13-109 ORDER REQUIRING THE PRODUCTION OF TANGIBLE THINGS ORDER On August 23, 2013, the Court directed the Government to conduct a declassification review of the Memorandum Opinion and Primary Order that were issued in this docket on August 22, 2013 and July 19, 2013, respectively. 1 That review is now complete, and the Court has determined that the attached Amended Memorandum Opinion and related orders, as redacted, are suitable for publication. Accordingly, it is HEREBY ORDERED that, pursuant to F.l.S.C. Rule 62(a), the Court's Amended Memorandum Opinion of August 29, 2013, as redacted, the Primary Order of July 19, 2013, as redacted, the Order of August 23, 2013, as redacted, the Order of August 29, 2013, and this Order shall be published.
