Docket Number: 105B(g) 07-01 ORDER The Court has considered THE UNITED STATES' SUPPLEMENTAL RESPONSE TO THE COURT'S DECEMBER 23, 2014 ORDER, which proposed redactions to documents contained in an appendix that were not previously subject to the declassification proceedings conducted by the United States Foreign Intelligence Surveillance Court of Review ("FISCR"). Because the Court has questions about the scope of certain proposed redactions, it hereby orders the Government to supplement its response to the Court's December 23, 2014 Order by responding to questions set forth in a separate classified document that will be provided to the United States on this date. The Government's supplemental response shall be due to be submitted to the Court on or before Friday, March 4, 2016. The Court will notify the parties about further proceedings as this matter progresses, including the resolution of Yahoo! Inc.' s pending UNCLASSIFIED MOTION FOR A STATUS CONFERENCE, which was filed on February 1, 2016. " SIGNED this£ day of February, 2016. THOMAS F.
