The order further directed the Government to propose a timetable for submitting the following materials to the Court: (a) a statement enumerating the Government's position on whether a previous redaction proposal, submitted September I 2, 20 I 3, should be modified given the subsequent review of the relevant materials by the Foreign Intelligence Surveillance Court of Review ("FISCR"), along with a modified redaction proposal if appropriate; (b) a statement enumerating the Government's position on whether a separate redaction proposal, submitted September 27, 20 I 3, should be modified given the subsequent review of the relevant materials by the FIS CR, along with a modified redaction proposal if appropriate; and (c) proposed redactions for the remaining documents identified in an appendix filed with the Court on September 27, 2013 ("Appendix A"). In accordance with this order, the Government proposes the following schedule for submitting the materials described above : (a) On or before December 12, 2014, the Government will provide a statement enumerating its position on whether the redaction proposal submitted September 12, 2013, should be modified, along with a modified redaction proposal if appropriate; (b) On or before December 12, 2014, the Government will provide a statement enumerating its position on whether the redaction proposal submitted September 27, 2013, should be modified, along with a modified redaction proposal if appropriate; and (c) On or before January 30, 2015, the Government will provide the remaining documents identified in Appendix A.
