UNITED STATES FOREIGN INTELLIGENCE SURVEILLANCE COURT WASHINGTON, D.C. ) IN RE DIRECTIVES PURSUANT TO SECTION ) 105B OF THE FOREIGN INTELLIGENCE ) SURVEILLANCE ACT. ) Docket No. 105B(g) 07-01 ORDER On October 4, 2013, the Government filed with this Court in the above-captioned matter a "Motion for Stay of Proceedings Due to Lapse of Appropriations." In that Motion, the Government represents that Yahoo! Inc. ("Yahoo") takes no position regarding the Government's request. In view of the circumstances described in that Motion, it is HEREBY ORDERED as follows: 1. The Government's Motion for a Stay of Proceedings Due to Lapse of Appropriations is GRANTED. 2. The Government shall notify the Court within five days after Congress has appropriated funds for the Department of Justice. When appropriations are restored, the Court intends to revisit the schedule in this matter, taking into account the status of the declassification process before the Court of Review in Docket Number 08-01, which has not been stayed, and how the results of that process could inform declassification of materials on the same subject matter before this Court.
