UNITED STA TES FOREIGN INTELLIGENCE SURVEILLANCE COURT WASHINGTON, D.C. ) IN RE DIRECTIVES PURSUANT TO SECTION ) 105B OF THE FOREIGN INTELLIGENCE ) SURVEILLANCE ACT. ) Docket No. 105B(g) 07-01 ORDER This matter is before the Court on the "Provider's Unclassified Motion Under FISC Rule 62 for Publication of this Court's Decision and Other Records," which was submitted on June 14, 2013. The U.S. Department of Justice filed a response to the motion on June 25, 2013. Upon review of the government's response, the Court rules that the Motion, Response, this Court's Order of June 17, 2013, and this instant Order, are not under seal pursuant to the applicable Order of the Foreign Intelligence Surveillance Court of Review, see In re Directives Pursuant to Section 105B of the Foreign Intelligence Surveillance Act, 551F.3d1004, 1016-18 (For. Intel. Surv. Ct. Rev. 2008), and that the parties are permitted to make public disclosure of these pleadings and orders. Any further order from this Court will be issued upon receipt of the Provider's reply or waiver of the Provider' s right to reply. SO ORDERED, this 261h day of June, 2013.
