UNITED STATES FOREIGN INTELLIGENCE SURVEILLANCE COURT WASHINGTON, D.C. ) IN RE DIRECTIVES PURSUANT TO SECTION ) 105B OF THE FOREIGN INTELLIGENCE ) SURVEILLANCE ACT. ) Docket No. 105B(g) 07-01 ORDER This matter is before the Court on the Provider's "Motion Under FISC Rule 62 for Publication of this Court's Decision and Other Records," which was submitted on June 14, 2013. Any response by the U.S. Department of Justice to the motion must be submitted no later than 5:00 p.m. on July 2, 2013. If the government responds, Provider may file a reply brief no later than 5:00 p.m. on July 9, 2013, through the Security and Emergency Planning Staff, U.S. Department of Justice. Furthermore, the parties are reminded of this Court' s Order Establishing Procedures for Handling Classified Information, issued in the above-captioned matter on December 28, 2007.
