Radu Rasidescu appeals the district court s1 dismissal of his complaint for lack of subject matter jurisdiction. Reviewing de novo, see Mosby v. Ligon, 418 F.3d 927, 1 The Honorable John R. Tunheim, United States District Judge for the District of Minnesota, adopting the report and recommendations of the Honorable Franklin L. Noel, United States Magistrate Judge for the District of Minnesota. 931 (8th Cir. 2005), we conclude that dismissal was proper, because Rasidescu alleged insufficient facts to establish diversity or federal-question jurisdiction. See 28 U.S.C. ยงยง 1331, 1332. Accordingly, we affirm. See 8th Cir. R. 47B. ______________________________ -2-
