ORDER Last year we held that the district court did not abuse its discretion when denying Kevin Cooper’s motion for compassionate release. United States v. Cooper, No. 21-1781 (7th Cir. Apr. 19, 2022). Cooper then filed a second motion for compassionate release, making arguments similar to those presented in his first motion.
