Per Curiam: * Tammie McPherson, a former teacher in the Harrison County School district, filed suit against the Harrison County School Board and several of her former superiors. McPherson also sued LeNatra Harris, an EEOC agent, alleging Harris failed to investigate her case. McPherson consented to the jurisdiction of a magistrate. The magistrate granted McPherson leave to proceed in forma pauperis and then dismissed her claims before service of process because McPherson “fail[ed] to state a claim on which relief may be granted” or her claims were “frivolous or malicious.” 28 U.S.C. § 1915(e)(2)(B). McPherson fails to identify any reversible error. AFFIRMED. 2
