PER CURIAM: James Leonard Smith appeals from his convictions for wire fraud and money laundering offenses. Smith previously appealed from the same criminal judgment, and his convictions were affirmed. United States v. Smith, No. 21-4484, 2022 WL 4376082 (4th Cir. Sept. 22, 2022). Because Smith cannot again appeal, we dismiss the appeal. We dispense with oral argument because the facts and legal contentions are adequately presented in the materials before this court and argument would not aid the decisional process. DISMISSED 2
