(1:22-cv-00088-MR) Submitted: April 20, 2023 Decided: April 25, 2023 Before KING and QUATTLEBAUM, Circuit Judges, and FLOYD, Senior Circuit Judge. Affirmed by unpublished per curiam opinion. PER CURIAM: Bon Alexander Stroupe appeals the district court’s order dismissing his 42 U.S.C. § 1983 complaint under 28 U.S.C. §§ 1915(e)(2)(B), 1915A(b). We have reviewed the record and find no reversible error. Accordingly, we affirm. Stroupe v. Whisnant, No. 1:22-cv-00088-MR (W.D.N.C. Sept. 7, 2022). We dispense with oral argument because the facts and legal contentions are adequately presented in the materials before this court and argument would not aid the decisional process. AFFIRMED 2
