Unpublished opinions are not binding precedent in this circuit. 2 PER CURIAM: Joel Aaron Burrell appeals the district court’s order dismissing his 42 U.S.C. § 1983 complaint without prejudice under Fed. R. Civ. P. 41(b) for failure to comply with a court order and the court’s order denying his Fed. R. Civ. P. 59(e) motion. We have reviewed the record and find no reversible error. Accordingly, we affirm for the reasons stated by the district court. Burrell v. Anderson, No. 1:21-cv-00864-TSE-TCB (E.D. Va. June 29, 2022; Aug. 3, 2022). We dispense with oral argument because the facts and legal contentions are adequately presented in the materials before this court and argument would not aid the decisional process. AFFIRMED 3
