UNPUBLISHED UNITED STATES COURT OF APPEALS FOR THE FOURTH CIRCUIT No. 22-6123 JEREMY SHANE COCHRAN, Plaintiff - Appellant, v. SARAH PANARDI; MISTY GOTHRIE; GARY SINDY; LT. VAUGHN WHITEMAN; JOHN G. SINDY, Defendants - Appellees. Appeal from the United States District Court for the District of Maryland, at Baltimore. Richard D. Bennett, Senior District Judge. (1:20-cv-03695-RDB) Submitted: June 28, 2022 Decided: July 1, 2022 Before NIEMEYER and HEYTENS, Circuit Judges, and TRAXLER, Senior Circuit Judge. Affirmed by unpublished per curiam opinion. Jeremy Shane Cochran, Appellant Pro Se. Unpublished opinions are not binding precedent in this circuit. PER CURIAM: Jeremy Shane Cochran appeals the district court’s order granting Defendants summary judgment in Cochran’s 42 U.S.C. § 1983 civil rights action. We have reviewed the record and find no reversible error. Accordingly, we affirm for the reasons stated by the district court. Cochran v. Panardi, No. 1:20-cv-03695-RDB (D. Md. Dec. 1, 2021). We dispense with oral argument because the facts and legal contentions are adequately presented in the materials before this court and argument would not aid the decisional process. AFFIRMED 2
