UNPUBLISHED UNITED STATES COURT OF APPEALS FOR THE FOURTH CIRCUIT No. 22-1970 DEREK N. JARVIS, Plaintiff - Appellant, v. WELLS FARGO BANK, N.A., Defendant - Appellee. Appeal from the United States District Court for the District of Maryland, at Greenbelt. Deborah Lynn Boardman, District Judge. (8:21-cv-00687-DLB) Submitted: November 21, 2023 Decided: November 28, 2023 Before KING, WYNN, and THACKER, Circuit Judges. Affirmed by unpublished per curiam opinion. Derek N. Jarvis, Appellant Pro Se. Sarah E. Meyer, Chukwukpee Nzegwu, WOMBLE BOND DICKINSON (US) LLP, Baltimore, Maryland, for Appellee. Unpublished opinions are not binding precedent in this circuit. PER CURIAM: Derek N. Jarvis appeals the district court’s orders denying his motion to remand to state court, denying his motion for certification under 28 U.S.C. § 1292(b), and dismissing with prejudice his second amended complaint. We have reviewed the record and discern no reversible error in the district court’s orders. Accordingly, we affirm. Jarvis v. Wells Fargo Bank, N.A., No. 8:21-cv-00687-DLB (D. Md., Sept. 16, 2021; Nov. 9, 2021; Aug. 26, 2022). We dispense with oral argument because the facts and legal contentions are adequately presented in the materials before this court and argument would not aid the decisional process. AFFIRMED 2
