UNPUBLISHED UNITED STATES COURT OF APPEALS FOR THE FOURTH CIRCUIT No. 22-1194 AUDREY L. KIMNER, Plaintiff - Appellant, v. STATE OF SOUTH CAROLINA; JOHN NICHOLS, Head of Judicial Dept. in South Carolina; LESLEY COGGIOLA, Disciplinary Counsel of SC, Defendants - Appellees. Appeal from the United States District Court for the District of South Carolina, at Columbia. Cameron McGowan Currie, Senior District Judge. (3:21-cv-03776-CMC) Submitted: May 19, 2022 Decided: May 24, 2022 Before MOTZ and HARRIS, Circuit Judges, and TRAXLER, Senior Circuit Judge. Affirmed by unpublished per curiam opinion. Audrey L. Kimner, Appellant Pro Se. Unpublished opinions are not binding precedent in this circuit. PER CURIAM: Audrey L. Kimner appeals the district court’s order accepting the recommendation of the magistrate judge and dismissing Kimner’s amended complaint. We have reviewed the record and find no reversible error. Accordingly, we affirm the district court’s order. * Kimner v. South Carolina, No. 3:21-cv-03776-CMC (D.S.C. Feb. 15, 2022). We dispense with oral argument because the facts and legal contentions are adequately presented in the materials before this court and argument would not aid the decisional process. AFFIRMED We note that Kimner’s informal brief does not challenge the district court’s finding that Appellees Nichols and Coggiola were entitled to prosecutorial immunity. Kimner has therefore forfeited appellate review of that portion of the district court’s order. See 4th Cir. R. 34(b) (limiting this court’s review to issues raised in informal brief); Jackson v. Lightsey, 775 F.3d 170, 177 (4th Cir. 2014) (same). * 2
