Unpublished opinions are not binding precedent in this circuit. 2 PER CURIAM: In these consolidated appeals, Brett Andrew Nelson appeals the district court’s orders accepting the recommendation of the magistrate judge and dismissing Nelson’s actions seeking enforcement of purported arbitration awards.
