UNPUBLISHED UNITED STATES COURT OF APPEALS FOR THE FOURTH CIRCUIT No. 22-1006 AVIJIT DEY, Debtor - Appellant, v. THOMAS P. GORMAN, Trustee - Appellee, USBC - ALEXANDRIA, Party-in-Interest. Appeal from the United States District Court for the District of Virginia, at Alexandria. Anthony John Trenga, Senior District Judge. (1:21-cv-00505-AJT-TCB) Submitted: June 23, 2022 Decided: June 27, 2022 Before WYNN and QUATTLEBAUM, Circuit Judges, and FLOYD, Senior Circuit Judge. Affirmed by unpublished per curiam opinion. Avijit Dey, Appellant Pro Se. Marcelo Ramiro Michel, OFFICE OF THE CHAPTER 13 TRUSTEE, Alexandria, Virginia, for Appellee. Unpublished opinions are not binding precedent in this circuit. PER CURIAM: Avijit Dey appeals the district court’s order affirming the bankruptcy court’s order denying reconsideration of its dismissal of Dey’s Chapter 13 bankruptcy petition. We have reviewed the record and find no reversible error. Accordingly, we affirm. Dey v. Gorman, No. 1:21-cv-00505-AJT-TCB (E.D. Va. Nov. 19, 2021). We dispense with oral argument because the facts and legal contentions are adequately presented in the materials before this court and argument would not aid the decisional process. AFFIRMED 2
