LEONARD, Defendants - Appellees. Appeal from the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Virginia, at Richmond. John A. Gibney, Jr., Senior District Judge. (3:21-cv-00501-JAG) Submitted: May 24, 2022 Decided: May 27, 2022 Before NIEMEYER, KING, and RICHARDSON, Circuit Judges. Affirmed by unpublished per curiam opinion. Andrew Chien, Appellant Pro Se. Amy Elizabeth Hensley, OFFICE OF THE ATTORNEY GENERAL OF VIRGINIA, Richmond, Virginia; John P. O’Herron, THOMPSON MCMULLAN PC, Richmond, Virginia; Justin Lee Criner, William Fisher Etherington, BEALE LAW FIRM, PC, North Chesterfield, Virginia, for Appellees. Unpublished opinions are not binding precedent in this circuit. PER CURIAM: Andrew Chien appeals the district court’s orders granting Defendants’ motions to dismiss Chien’s civil action on multiple grounds and imposing a prefiling injunction against Chien. We have reviewed the record and find no reversible error. Accordingly, we affirm for the reasons stated by the district court. Chien v. Robbins, No. 3:21-cv-00501JAG (E.D. Va. Nov. 30, 2021 & Dec. 3, 2021). We dispense with oral argument because the facts and legal contentions are adequately presented in the materials before this court and argument would not aid the decisional process. AFFIRMED 2
