UNPUBLISHED UNITED STATES COURT OF APPEALS FOR THE FOURTH CIRCUIT No. 21-2386 KEVIN MYERS, Plaintiff - Appellant, v. CITY OF HAMPTON, Defendant - Appellee. Appeal from the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Virginia, at Newport News. Raymond A. Jackson, Senior District Judge. (4:20-cv-00026-RAJ-RJK) Submitted: May 24, 2022 Decided: May 26, 2022 Before NIEMEYER, KING, and RICHARDSON, Circuit Judges. Affirmed by unpublished per curiam opinion. Kevin Myers, Appellant Pro Se. James Arthur Cales, III, FURNISS, DAVIS, RASHKIND & SAUNDERS, Norfolk, Virginia; Lola Rodriguez Perkins, OFFICE OF THE CITY ATTORNEY, Hampton, Virginia, for Appellee. Unpublished opinions are not binding precedent in this circuit. PER CURIAM: Kevin Myers appeals the district court’s order granting summary judgment in favor of the City of Hampton on Myers’ race and gender discrimination claims, brought pursuant to Title VII of the Civil Rights Act of 1964, 42 U.S.C. §§ 2000e to 2000e-17. We have reviewed the record and find no reversible error. Accordingly, we affirm the district court’s order and judgment. See Myers v. City of Hampton, No. 4:20-cv-00026-RAJ-RJK (E.D. Va. Nov. 16, 2021). We dispense with oral argument because the facts and legal contentions are adequately presented in the materials before this court and argument would not aid the decisional process.
