UNPUBLISHED UNITED STATES COURT OF APPEALS FOR THE FOURTH CIRCUIT No. 21-2103 MITHUN BANERJEE, Plaintiff - Appellant, v. VIVINT SOLAR DEVELOPER, LLC, Defendant - Appellee. Appeal from the United States District Court for the District of Maryland, at Greenbelt. George Jarrod Hazel, District Judge. (8:20-cv-00674-GJH) Submitted: May 19, 2022 Decided: May 23, 2022 Before MOTZ and HARRIS, Circuit Judges, and TRAXLER, Senior Circuit Judge. Affirmed by unpublished per curiam opinion. Mithun Banerjee, Appellant Pro Se. Christopher Anthony Hatfield, John Darren Sadler, BALLARD SPAHR, LLP, Washington, D.C., for Appellee. Unpublished opinions are not binding precedent in this circuit. PER CURIAM: Mithun Banerjee appeals from the district court’s orders denying his application to proceed in forma pauperis and awarding costs to the Appellee pursuant to 28 U.S.C. § 1447(c) for improperly removing the underlying civil action. We have reviewed the record and find no reversible error. Accordingly, we affirm for the reasons stated by the district court. Banerjee v. Vivint Solar Dev., LLC, No. 8:20-cv-00674-GJH (D. Md., Sept. 28, 2021). We dispense with oral argument because the facts and legal contentions are adequately presented in the materials before this court and argument would not aid the decisional process. AFFIRMED 2
