UNPUBLISHED UNITED STATES COURT OF APPEALS FOR THE FOURTH CIRCUIT No. 20-7160 UNITED STATES OF AMERICA, Plaintiff - Appellee, v. IJAZ KHAN, Defendant - Appellant. Appeal from the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Virginia, at Alexandria. Leonie M. Brinkema, District Judge. (1:16-cr-00130-LMB-1) Submitted: December 22, 2020 Decided: December 29, 2020 Before NIEMEYER, FLOYD, and RICHARDSON, Circuit Judges. Affirmed by unpublished per curiam opinion. Ijaz Khan, Appellant Pro Se. Unpublished opinions are not binding precedent in this circuit. PER CURIAM: Ijaz Khan appeals the district court’s order denying his motion raising numerous challenges to his criminal conviction. We have reviewed the record and find no reversible error. Accordingly, we affirm for the reasons stated by the district court. United States v. Khan, No. 1:16-cr-00130-LMB-1 (E.D. Va. July 27, 2020). We dispense with oral argument because the facts and legal contentions are adequately presented in the materials before this court and argument would not aid the decisional process. AFFIRMED 2
