Appeal from the United States District Court for the Western District of Virginia, at Roanoke. Michael F. Urbanski, Chief District Judge. (7:18-cv-00425-MFU-PMS) Submitted: March 31, 2020 Decided: May 26, 2020 Before GREGORY, Chief Judge, DIAZ, Circuit Judge, and SHEDD, Senior Circuit Judge. Affirmed by unpublished per curiam opinion. Brian Damon Farabee, Appellant Pro Se. Katherine M. DeCoster, Matthew E. Kelley, FRITH, ANDERSON & PEAKE, PC, Roanoke, Virginia, for Appellees. Unpublished opinions are not binding precedent in this circuit. PER CURIAM: Brian Damon Farabee appeals the district court’s order denying his motions for preliminary injunctive relief. * We have reviewed the record and find no reversible error. Accordingly, we deny the pending motion and affirm the district court’s order. See Farabee v. Lee, No. 7:18-cv-00425-MFU-PMS (W.D. Va. Sept. 30, 2019). We dispense with oral argument because the facts and legal contentions are adequately presented in the materials before this court and argument would not aid the decisional process. AFFIRMED * We have jurisdiction over this interlocutory appeal. See 28 U.S.C. § 1292(a)(1) (2018); In re Search Warrant Issued June 13, 2019, 942 F.3d 159, 169 (4th Cir. 2019). 2
