UNPUBLISHED UNITED STATES COURT OF APPEALS FOR THE FOURTH CIRCUIT No. 19-2403 EMMANUEL TAGI, Plaintiff - Appellant, v. HOLY CROSS HEALTH, INC., Defendant - Appellee. Appeal from the United States District Court for the District of Maryland, at Greenbelt. Paul W. Grimm, District Judge. (8:18-cv-01742-PWG) Submitted: May 14, 2020 Decided: June 1, 2020 Before NIEMEYER and MOTZ, Circuit Judges, and TRAXLER, Senior Circuit Judge. Affirmed by unpublished per curiam opinion. Bruce M. Bender, Michael J. Foley, AXELSON, WILLIAMOWSKY, BENDER & FISHMAN, P.C., Rockville, Maryland, for Appellant. Robert R. Niccolini, OGLETREE, DEAKINS, NASH, SMOAK & STEWART, P.C., Washington, D.C., for Appellee. Unpublished opinions are not binding precedent in this circuit. PER CURIAM: Emmanuel Tagai, who was formerly employed as a respiratory care therapist with Holy Cross Health, Inc. (“Holy Cross”), appeals from the district court’s order granting Holy Cross summary judgment on Tagai’s claims alleging he was discriminatorily terminated from his employment because of his race, color, and national origin, in violation of Title VII of the Civil Rights Act of 1964, 42 U.S.C. §§ 2000e to 2000e-17 (2018); 42 U.S.C. § 1981 (2018); Md. Code Ann., State Gov’t Title 20 (West 2017); and Art. 1, § 2719 of the Montgomery County Code. We have reviewed the record and find no reversible error. Accordingly, we affirm for the reasons stated by the district court. See Tagai v. Holy Cross Health, Inc., No. 8:18-cv-01742-PWG (D. Md. Nov. 12, 2019). We dispense with oral argument because the facts and legal contentions are adequately presented in the materials before this court and argument would not aid the decisional process. AFFIRMED 2
