PER CURIAM: Cedrick Euron Draper appeals the district court’s order denying his motion to reopen this closed civil action alleging wrongful termination. We have reviewed the record and find no reversible error. Accordingly, we affirm for the reasons stated by the district court. Draper v. Muy Pizza Southeast LLC, No. 4:18-cv-00012-JLK (W.D. Va. Mar. 29, 2018). We grant leave to proceed in forma pauperis and dispense with oral argument because the facts and legal contentions are adequately presented in the materials before this court and argument would not aid the decisional process.
