We have reviewed the record and find no reversible error. Accordingly, we affirm for the reasons stated by the district court. Stansbury v. Fed. Home Loan Mortg. Corp., No. 7:16-cv-00516-EKD-RSB (W.D. Va. Aug. 31, 2017).
